摘要

目的:制备苯环壬酯-β-环糊精包合物并考察其性质。方法:采用研磨法制备苯环壬酯-β-环糊精包合物;紫外吸收法、显微镜法、X射线衍射法验证包合物的形成;紫外分光光度法测定苯环壬酯-β-环糊精包合物的载药量和包合率。结果:苯环壬酯与β-环糊精形成包合物的质量比1∶2

包合物载药量33.30%

包合率80.20%。结论:可采用研磨法制备载药量和包合率较高的苯环壬酯-β-环糊精包合物。

Abstract

Objective:To prepare phencynonate（PC）-β-cyclodextrin（β-CD） inclusion compound and investigate its properties.Method:PC-β-CD inclusion compound was prepared by grinding method

and ultraviolet absorption method

microscope observation method and X-ray diffraction method were used to verify formation of it;Drug loading and entrapment efficiency of PC-β-CD inclusion compound were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Result:Weight ratio of β-CD and PC in PC-β-CD inclusion compound was 1∶2

drug loading was 33.30%

entrapment efficiency was 80.20%.Conclusion:PC-β-CD inclusion compound could be prepared by grinding method with high drug loading and entrapment efficiency.
