Analysis on Composition Principles of Classical Prescriptions for Stroke by Using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance System
Abstract
Objective:Using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance System(TCMIS) to analyze the composing principles of the classical prescriptions for stroke.Method: Collect the classical prescriptions for stroke reported in the literature over the years
then enter into the TCMIS
by using revised mutual information
complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical clustering to analyze composing principles.Result: Based on the analysis of 92 cases of the classical prescriptions
the frequency of each herb included in the database is computed
twenty-six core combinations and 4 new prescriptions are mined from the database. Conclusion: TCMIS can be used to enter
administrate
search and analyze the prescriptions and is a helpful tool for the research of traditional Chinese medicine.
