摘要

目的:以贵阳中医学院2所附属医院为调查代表单位

调研中医妇科临床处方饮片用量

明确贵阳市临床饮片用量的现状和特点。方法:采用分层抽样和简单随机抽样相结合的方法

收集各门诊中医妇科内服汤剂处方120812张

构建中药饮片用量数据库

基于Weka数据挖掘软件进行统计分析。结果:明确了贵阳市300味中药的中医妇科临床用药频次、相应的用量区间及其与《中国药典》规定用量的符合率

大多数中药的临床用量区间为(6～9]

(9～12]

(12～15]

(18～21]g204个区间

具体集中在9

2020g等几个用量上。结论:贵阳市中医妇科临床饮片用量状况和特点与全国整体饮片用量状况和特点基本一致。

Abstract

Objective:Study the herbal pieces dosage of clinical prescription used in gynecology from two affiliated hospital of Guiyang college of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）

and determine the situation and characteristics in Guiyang city.Method: We made use of the methods of stratified sampling and random sampling to investigate 1 812 broth prescriptions and constructed the database

then applied Weka KDD software to analyze.Result: We identified the frequency and clinical dosage intervals of 300 drugs

and the practical dosage which had difference between in the actual application and in the pharmacopoeia.Most of pieces dosage centralized the four intervals:(6-9]

(9-12]

(12-15]

(18-21] g

and the concrete dosage was

20 g

etc.Conclusion: The situation and characteristics of the dosages of clinical prescription in Guiyang city are coincided with the national level in gynecology of TCM.
