在体内外均有一定的活性
对多种肿瘤细胞有抑制作用
通过多种途径发挥抗肿瘤作用:干扰DNA的合成
抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖、改变细胞跨膜电位、调控基因表达、抑制肿瘤血管生成
调节机体免疫系统等。近年来学者专家们对通关藤进行了大量的药理作用及作用机制研究
但对具体起效成分作用机制研究较少。因此有必要对起效成分进行深入研究。

and consult the research papers which are about mechanism of action about Marsdenia Tenacissima resist cancer.The extractive form M.tenacissima and preparation of Xiaoaiping
which has some active in or out of body
it has inhibitory action to many kinds of cancer cells and through variety kinds of ways to express antitumor function: be interference of DNA synthesis
restrain cancer cells proliferation
change cells across the membrane potential
regulate of gene expression
inhibit cancer angiogenesis
and regulate the body’s immune system and so on.In recent years
many people do more research in pharmacology and mechanism of action.But less research in mechanism of action about the actual valid ingredient
so we are necessary for doing depth research for the actual valid ingredient.
