摘要
目的:采用星点设计-效应面法优选淫羊藿炮制工艺。方法:选取炮制温度、炮制时间为主要影响因素
以淫羊藿苷与宝藿苷I总含量为评价指标
HPLC测定指标成分含量
采用星点设计-效应面法优选淫羊藿的炮制工艺。结果:最佳炮制工艺为炮制温度160℃
炮制时间7 min。实测值与预测值RSD-2.59%
建立的模型有较好预测性。结论:优选的淫羊藿炮制工艺简便稳定
可用于淫羊藿药材的质量控制。
Abstract
Objective:To optimize processing technology of Epimedium brevicornu by central composite design-response surface methodology.Method: Main influential factors of processing technology included processing temperature and time
with the content of icariin and baohuoside I as indexes
which were determined by HPLC
processing technology was optimized by central composite design-response surface methodology.Result: Optimum processing conditions were:processing temperature 160 ℃
processing time 7 min
RSD between measured value and predicted value-2.59%
it showed that established model had good predictability.Conclusion: Optimized processing technology was simple and stable
it could be used for quality control of E.brevicornu.
