摘要

目的:确定太芪培元颗粒的最佳成型工艺。方法:以成型率、吸湿率、休止角为考察指标

筛选太芪培元颗粒的最佳辅料及其配比

按《中国药典》2010年版方法测定该工艺所得成品的临界相对湿度。结果:最佳成型工艺为浸膏-糊精-黄芪药粉7∶2∶1

此时制出的颗粒成型率高﹑溶解度好﹑吸湿率低﹑流动性好。结论:该法确定成型工艺较好

可为太芪培元颗粒的生产提供试验依据。

Abstract

Objective:To ascertain optimum formation process of Taiqi Peiyuan granule.Method: Optimum excipients and their proportion of Taiqi Peiyuan granule were selected with forming ratio

moisture rate and angle of repose as indexes

critical relative humidity of finished products were determined according to 2010 edition ’Chinese Pharmacopoeia’.Result: Optimum composition of prescription was:extract-dextrin-Astragalus membranaceus powder 7∶2∶1

under this process

prepared granule had high forming ratio

low hygroscopicity

high dissolubility and good flowability.Conclusion: This optimized formation process was available for development and production of Taiqi Peiyuan granule.
