目的:考察大孔树脂富集牡丹皮中芍药苷的工艺参数。方法:以芍药苷为指标
HPLC测定指标成分含量
采用静态、动态吸附-解吸试验考察大孔树脂型号并优选其富集纯化工艺条件。结果:采用AB-8型大孔树脂
上样液质量浓度0.125 g.mL-1
上样量2.25 BV
上样液pH 4
吸附流速2 BV.h-1
8 BV水洗除杂
14 BV 20%乙醇洗脱芍药苷
洗脱流速4BV.h-1。此条件下
芍药苷洗脱率达90.40%。结论:该优选工艺可较好的富集牡丹皮中有效成分芍药苷
可推广于工业化大生产。
Abstract
Objective:To investigate enrichment technology parameters of paeoniflorin from Paeonia suffruticosa by macroporous resin.Method: With paeoniflorin as index
which was determined by HPLC
model of macroporous resin was optimized by static and dynamic adsorption-desorption test
and to optimize its enrichment and purification technology conditions.Result: Optimal model of macroporous resin was AB-8 type
