以乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱
流速1.0 mL.min-1
柱温25℃
洗脱时间为60 min
检测波长360 nm。结果:检测了广东不同来源的12批飞扬草药材
确定9个共有色谱峰
相似度评价结果表明
各产地飞扬草药材相似度均>0.90。结论:飞扬草HPLC指纹图谱可用于飞扬草药材的鉴别及质量控制。
Abstract
Objective:To establish the chromatography fingerprint of Herba Euphorbiae hirtae by HPLC.Method: HPLC was used with quercetin gallic acid and myricitrin as control samples.The sample are separated on Platisil ODS C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm)with acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase
gradient elution
at the flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1 at 25 ℃.The time of gradient elution is 60 min and the UV detection is set at 360 nm.Result: Twelve samples of E.hirta in different origin of Guangdong were detected and nine main marker peaks were selected in the standard fingerprint.The similarity of samples is all over 0.90.Conclusion: The HPLC fingerprint can be used for identification of E.hirta as well as quality control.
