摘要

目的:建立保赤散中汞的含量测定方法。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法（ICP-MS）测定保赤散中汞的含量。样品经微波消解

铋为在线内标

调节仪器测定参数

在最佳工作条件下

将试剂空白、标准系列、样品溶液引入仪器进行测定

精密度和加样回收率试验验证方法的准确度。结果:汞在0.025～25μg.L-1线性关系良好

平均加标回收率99.62%

RSD 1.12%

保赤散中汞的测定结果分别为0.201

0.207

0.203 mg.g-1。结论:该方法检出限低、精确度好、准确度高、简单快速

可以用于保赤散的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective:A method was studied for the analysis of Hg in Baochisan by using ICP-MS.Method: Hg in Baochisan was analyzed by using ICP-MS.The samples were digested by microwave.Bi was selected as internal standard

and instructment parameters were adjusted to optimum working conditions.The reagent blank

standard series and sample solutions were added to equipment and detected.The accuracy was estimated by precision and recovery.Result: The linear range of Hg was 0.25-25 μg · L-1.The average recovery was 99.62% and RSD 1.12%

And determination result of the Hg in Baochisan was 0.201

0.207

0.203 mg · g-1 respectively.Conclusion: The method is simple and fast with low detection limit and high accuracy

can be used to protect quality control of Baochisan.
