摘要

目的:建立玉屏风软胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC-ELSD法

Shim Pack CLC ODS柱（4.6mm×250 mm

5μm）

乙腈-水（35∶65）为流动相

ELSD漂移管温度83℃

载气N2

压力2.0 bar。结果:黄芪甲苷在1.026 5～8.212 0μg呈良好的线性关系

r=0.999 9（n=5）。平均回收率97.31%

RSD 2.30%。结论:该法准确可靠

可用于玉屏风软胶囊的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective:To establish a method for the determination of astragaloside IV in Yupingfeng soft capsules.Method: HPLC-ELSD method was used in the quantitative analysis using a Shim Pack CLC ODS（4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm） column.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（35∶65）

ELSD evaporator tube temperature was 83 ℃

and pressure of carrier-gas（N2） was 2.0 bar.Result: The calibration curve was good linear relationship in the range of 1.026 5-8.212 0 μg for astragaloside IV（r=0.999 9

n=5）.The average recovery was 97.31% and RSD was 2.30%.Conclusion: This method was accurate and reliable

which can be used for the quality control of Yupingfeng soft capsules.
