摘要

目的:建立HPLC测定柴芩软胶囊中葛根素的含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法进行测定

色谱柱为十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂（4.6 mm×250 mm

5μm）

甲醇-水-磷酸（25∶75∶0.2）为流动相

检测波长250 nm。结果:葛根素在0.559 5～111.9 mg.L-1进样质量浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 8

n=6）

葛根素平均回收率为98.85%（n=6 RSD 0.83%）;精密度试验（RSD 0.52%

重复性试验RSD 0.57%）。结论:方法快速、简便、准确、专属性强、重复性好

可测定柴芩软胶囊中葛根素的含量。

Abstract

Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determining puerarin in Chaiqin soft capsules.Method: The HPLC analysis was performed on a C18 column（4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm） with methanol-water-phosphoric acid（25 ∶ 75 ∶ 0.2） as mobile phase

detected at the wavelength of 250 nm.Result: Puerarinwas linear in the range of 0.559 5-111.9 mg · L-1（r=0.999 8）.The average recovery was 99.85%

RSD 0.83%.the RSDs of precision and reproducibility were 0.52% and 0.57% respectively.Conclusion: The method is simple

accurate and reproducible

which can be used to determine puerarin in Chaiqin soft capsules.
