摘要
目的:建立凤仙透骨草中的芦丁、槲皮素和山奈酚的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:采用Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm
5μm)色谱柱;以乙睛-0.1%冰乙酸为流动相进行线性梯度洗脱
流速1.0 mL.min-1
柱温30℃
检测波长260 nm。结果:芦丁、槲皮素和山奈酚与其他组份的色谱峰均得到基线分离
加样回收率平均值分别为98.89%

RSD分别为2.05%
1.51%
1.89%。结论:该方法快速、准确、重复性好
可作为凤仙透骨草质量控制的有效方法。
Abstract
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of eldrin
quertetin and kaempferol in Impatiens balsamina.Method:The determination was performed on a Diamonsil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm)
with a gredient mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% glacial acetic acid;the flow rate was1.0 mL·min-1;column temperature was 30 ℃;the detection wavelength was at 260 nm.Result:The chromatographic peaks of eldrin
quertetin and kaempferol with other components were completely separated.The average recovery was 98.71%

2.38%.Conclusion:The method was rapid and accurate for quality control of I.balsamina
and laid foundations for further research and development.
