摘要

目的:观察开胃健脾饮防治静滴阿奇霉素的胃肠道不良反应的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年2月至2012年8月笔者所在医院查肺炎支原体总抗体（MP-Ab）均为阳性并伴有呼吸道症状的患儿80例

随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例。对照组给予静滴阿奇霉素10 mg.kg-1.d-1

1次/d

共3～5 d

治疗组在对照组的基础上

即静滴阿奇霉素前30 min予以口服开胃健脾饮1支

100 mL/支

1次/d

观察两组不良反应发生率。结果:治疗组胃肠道不良反应发生率为20%

对照组为45%

两组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论:开胃健脾饮能减少静滴阿奇霉素的胃肠道不良反应发生率

值得推广。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical effectiveness of Kaiwei Jianpi Yin（KJY） on preventive treatment of gastrointestinal side-effects of azithromycin in intravenous drip.Method: Eighty cases with Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody（MP-Ab） positive and respiratory symptoms were randomly divided into 2 groups（n=40 each）.The control group was given azithromycin by intravenous drip only（10 mg · kg-1 daily for 3-5 d）

while the treatment group was given KJY（100 mL） orally 30 minutes before the intravenous drip in addition.The gaotreintenstinal side effect incidence rate in the two groups was compared.Result: Incidence rate of side-effects in the treatment group was 20%

while that in the control group was 45%.There was statistical significance（P<0.05）.Conclusion: KJY can reduce the incidence rate of the gastrointestinal side-effects of azithromycin in intravenous drip and it is worth to be applied clinically.
