摘要

目的:观察使用清脑益髓补血中药联合低剂量石杉碱甲治疗老年轻度认知功能障碍（MCI）的临床疗效。方法:选取在我院治疗MCI患者46例

随机分为治疗组和对照组各23例。对照组服用清脑益髓补血中药

治疗组服用清脑益髓补血中药联合低剂量石杉碱甲（50μg/次

3次/d）

疗程24周。分别于治疗前和治疗8

24周后进行简易智能状态检查表（MMSE）评分

治疗8

24周末进行临床疗效评定。结果:两组在治疗8周后MMSE评分和临床疗效无明显差异

24周后两组MMSE评分与治疗前比较均有改善

治疗组优于对照组（P<0.05）;治疗24周后治疗组的临床疗效高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论:清脑益髓补血中药联合低剂量石杉碱甲可改善MCI患者的认知障碍

有明显的临床疗效。

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine of Qingnao Yisuei Buxue（QYB） combined with low dose huperzine A in treatment of mild cognitive impairment（MCI） in patients.Method:Patients with MCI of 46 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group（n=23 each）.Control group was given QYB

the treatment group was given QYB combined with low dose huperzine A（50 μg

tid）.The treatment in two groups was carried out for 24 weeks.The scores of a simplified intelligent check list（MMSE） were determined for both groups before treatment and 8 and 24 weeks after treatment.Result:No significant difference could be found in MMSE scores after 8 weeks of treatment between the two groups.After 24 weeks of treatment

MMSE scores in both groups were significantly better than that before treatment（P<0.05）.Also

the score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion:QYB combined with low dose huperzine A can improve the cognitive impairment in treatment of patients with MCI

and shows obvious clinical curative effect.
