摘要

目的:观察复方阿胶浆治疗贫血的临床疗效。方法:将2010年1月至2011年6月期间收治的200例贫血患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各100例。对照组采用常规必要治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗方案基础上

口服复方阿胶浆20 mL/次

3次/d。治疗3个月后观察两组的临床疗效和相关实验指标。结果:治疗组总有效率95.0%

对照组总有效率76.0%

治疗组优于对照组（P<0.05）;治疗组在升高血红蛋白和红细胞计数方面治疗后较治疗前有显著提高（P<0.05）

亦优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论:复方阿胶浆治疗贫血效果满意。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Fufang Ejiao Jiang in treatment of patients with anemia.Method: In 2010 January-2011 June

200 cases of anemia were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group

100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine and necessary therapy

and treatment group was treated with Fufang Ejiao Jiang（20 mL

tid） on the base of the same therapy in control group.After 3 months of treatment

the clinical effect and related experimental index were observed for the two groups.Result: In the treatment group

the total efficacy was 95.0%;while in the control

the total efficacy of 76.0%

showing significant difference in the effects（P<0.05）.In the treatment group

the elevated hemoglobin and red blood cell count were significantly improved after treatment compared with those before treatment（P<0.05）

also better than the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of Fufang Ejiao Jiang for anemia is satisfactory.
