Optimization of Preparation Technology of Duzhong Yaotong Concentration Pills
Objective:To optimize preparation technology of Duzhong Yaotong concentration pills.Method:With composite score of the content of ferulic acid
moisture content and disintegration time as index
effects of the relative density of extract
powder size
drying time and temperature on preparation technology of Duzhong Yaotong concentration pills were investigated by orthogonal test.Result:The best preparation technology of Duzhong Yaotong concentration pills was as following:the relative density of extract 1.20 g·cm-1(25 ℃)
particle size of powder 80 mesh
drying temperature 70 ℃
drying time 12 h.Conclusion:This optimized technology was stable and feasible
it could effectively improve the quality of Duzhong Yaotong concentration pills.
