Objective:Set up a flame atomic absorption spectroscopy(FAAS) method with content of trace elements in Rhodiola crenulata.Method: The trace elements including Mn
Fe
Cu
Zn in 6 kinds of Rhodiola crenulata samples were determined by FAAS.Result: Results showed that the content of trace elements was abundant.They are listed here in order of relative quantity from high to low
Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu.The recovery rate of this method was 92.71%-102.23%.Conclusion: The method was of high sensitivity
good stability
precision and accuracy requirements can provide reference for further exploitation and utilization of R.crenulata resources.
