摘要
目的:对当归补血丸中阿魏酸进行溶出度测定
以控制其内在质量。方法:选择桨法
采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定当归补血丸在不同取样时间点下的溶出液中阿魏酸含量
计算累积溶出率
SAS软件拟合Weibull分布模型
并提取溶出参数。结果:当归补血丸中的阿魏酸在4 h内溶出达到95%
溶出曲线符合Weibull分布模型
阿魏酸的溶出参数T50
Td分别为47
69 min。结论:该溶出度测定方法简便易行
准确可靠
可以用于当归补血丸的质量控制。
Abstract
Objective: Study the dissolution of ferulic acid in Danggui Buxue Pill
in order to control the quality of pill.Method: Paddle method was chosen and the content of ferulic acid of the pill in different sample time was measured by HPLC.At last time
the dissolution percentage was accounted
to fit the Weibull model and get the dissolution parameters of T50 and Td by SAS software.Result: The dissolution percentage of ferulic acid in Danggui Buxue Pill was 95% in four hour of sample time
and the best dissolution model was Weibull model.The T50and Td of ferulic acid were 47min and 69min.Conclusion: The established dissolution method was accuracy
sensitive and simple.It can be used for quality control of Danggui Buxue Pill.
