Abstract
Objective:To study gingkolides in Ginkgo biloba extract by HPLC-APCI-MS.Method:Analysis of gingkolides was done by HPLC-APCI-MS in negative ion mode.The separation was performed on Agilent 3000 Extend-C18 column with methanol-water(30∶ 70) as mobile phase
and the flow rate was 0.8 mL· min-1.The spectrometer was APCI-MS.Result: Bibobalide
