以其客观性、可靠性和重复性等优点近10年来得到了快速发展。电子鼻已经初步应用于中药材、中成药及其中间品的质量控制以及中药炮制"火候"判别的客观数量化。电子鼻能快速提供被测样品的整体信息

已经广泛应用到食品、环境、安全等方面。在中药行业中已初步实现中药种类、产地、采收期等的鉴别。电子鼻技术作为一个新兴的技术种类正持续快速地发展着

它必将给中药行业带来一次技术的革命。电子鼻在中药行业有着广阔的应用前景

有待于学者们的进一步研究。

Abstract

To summarize the application status and prospects of the electronic nose in the Chinese medicine industry.The relevant literatures in recent years were reviewed and analyzed.As a technique of olfactory sensor

electronic nose has been developed quickly for about ten years because of its objectivity

reliability and repeatability.The electronic nose has been preliminary used in quality control of traditional Chinese medicinal materials

Chinese patent drug and their intermediate goods.It also has been shown to be possible to use the electronic nose to quantize empirical index during the processing of Chinese medicine.The electronic nose has broad application prospects in the Chinese medicine industry

and further research is needed.
