摘要

目的：定性分析中药益智仁挥发油的主要化学成分，为今后的临床药效研究奠定基础。方法：采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油，使用GC-MS分析挥发油主要化学成分。结果：共分离出122个化学成分，其中42个化学成分匹配度在85%以上，占挥发油总量的74.35%。其中含量高于1%的有9个成分，并以1，2，4，5-四甲苯含量最高（42.96%）。结论：益智仁挥发油主要化学成分为1，2，4，5-四甲苯（42.96%），桃金娘烯醛（4.66%），芳樟醇（4.34%），（-）-4-萜品醇（2.96%），萜品烯（2.21%），圆柚酮（1.48%），β-蒎烯（1.32%），右旋萜二烯（1.25%），（1S）-（+）-3-蒈烯（1.02%），多为不饱和烯烃以及醛、酮、酚类等不饱和含氧化合物，且多是15个碳以下的小分子化合物。

Abstract

Objective: To conduct a quantitative analysis on the volatile oil in Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus

lay the foundation for clinical pharmacodynamic study in the future. Method: The volatile oils were extracted by steam distillation

analysyed main chemical composition by GC-MS. Result: 122 chemical composition was isolated from the Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus

42 among the 122 composition were identified

accounted for 74.35% of the total volatile oil. There are 9 composition content higher than 1%

the highest composition is 1

5-tetramethylbenzene (42.96%). Conclusion: The major components of Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus are 1

linalool(4.34%)

(-)-4-terpineol(2.96%)

g-terpinene(2.21%)

(+)-nootkatone(1.48%)

β-pinene(1.32%)

(1S)-(+)-3-carene(1.02%). Most of 122 volatile oils are unsaturated olefin

aldehydes

ketones

phenols with less 15 carbon.
