摘要

目的：评价爱活尿通片联合八正散治疗湿热下注型前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法：将湿热下注型慢性前列腺炎患者采用用随机、对照组的方法进行研究，对治疗组82例和对照组82进行统计学分析。对照组为爱活尿通组，观察组为爱活尿通片联合八正散组，观察两组的的临床疗效。结果：两组间症状积分及NIH-CPSI评分治疗前后差值比较差异具有统计学意义，治疗组优于对照组。结论：爱活尿通片联合八正散煎剂治疗，能够明显改善湿热下注型慢性前列腺炎的症状积分与NIH-CPSI评分，具有很好的临床疗效。
