摘要

过敏煎是现代中医针对西医过敏类疾病所创制的中药方剂，可用于治疗多种临床表现不一的过敏类疾病。本文通过对近30年有关过敏煎的文献进行检索，并按照过敏煎的药物组成、主治病症、药理作用和临床运用现状等方面进行整理分析和归纳总结，以期进一步探讨其临床运用思路与方法。结果提示目前临床上治疗各种过敏性疾病多首先以过敏煎为基本方，其后根据各种疾病自身的差异以及患者的个体化特点，辅以辨证或随症加减。因此，临床上对于过敏性疾病的治疗可以辨病论治为主，不必过分强调辨证论治。

Abstract

Aimed at the allergic diseases

Guomin decoction is created as a traditional Chinese prescription by modern Chinese medicine. It applies to the pathogenesis of allergy (etiology and pathogenesis)

and can be used to treat various kinds of allergic diseases. In order to further explore the clinical application clews and methods

the relevant literatures on the study of Guomin decoction in the past 30 years were collected

analyzed and reviewed through the composition

pharmacological effects and present clinical application status. The results implies that Guomin decoction has been chosen firstly to treat various kinds of allergic diseases on the clinic presently

after that based on the differentiation of the diseases and characteristics of individual patient

modification according to the syndrome differentiation or symptoms has been supported. Thus

it points out that the treatment of allergic diseases can focus on disease differentiation treatment

and there is no need to overemphasize on syndrome differentiation.
