摘要

目的：优选女贞子的连续超声逆流提取工艺。方法：以齐墩果酸和熊果酸总量为指标，通过正交试验考察超声频率、乙醇体积分数、料液比和温度对提取工艺的影响。采用HPLC测定齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量，流速0.33 mL·min-1，流动相乙腈-甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸溶液（19：67：14）。结果：最佳提取工艺为加15倍量80%乙醇于30 kHz提取；齐墩果酸和熊果酸平均总质量分数5.66%，RSD 1.64%。结论：优选的连续超声逆流提取工艺操作简单、科学合理，适合于女贞子工业化大生产。

Abstract

Objective: To optimize successive ultrasound countercurrent extraction process of Ligustri Lucidi Fructus. Method: Taking total amount of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid as index

solid-liquid ratio and temperature on extraction process of Ligustri Lucidi Fructus.ELSD was employed to determine contents of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid with mobile phase of acetonitrile-methanol-0.5% acetic acid(19:67:14) and flow rate of 0.33 mL·min-1. Result: Optimum extraction process was that extracted with 15 times the amount of 80% ethanol at 30 kHz; under these conditions
