摘要

目的：建立反相高效液相色谱法同时测定密蒙花中毛蕊花苷、蒙花苷的含量。方法：采用Promosil C18色谱柱（4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm），流动相乙腈（A）-0.1%磷酸（B）水溶液，梯度洗脱（0~10 min，20%A；10~20 min，20%~40%A；30 min，60%A），流速1.0 mL·min-1，检测波长327 nm，柱温25 ℃。结果：密蒙花中毛蕊花苷、蒙花苷进样量分别在0.079 5 ~1.272 0 μg（r=0.999 6），0.051 6 ~ 0.412 8 μg（r=1.000 0）与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。平均加样回收率分别为100.8%，103.1%；RSD分别为2.2%，1.8%。结论：该方法简便、准确、可靠，为密蒙花的质量控制提供一定的依据。

Abstract

Objective: To develop a RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of acteoside and linarin in Flos Buddlejae. Method: The analysis was performed on Promosil C18 reversed-phase analytical column (4.6 mm×250 mm

the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detecting wavelength was 327 nm. Result: Acteoside and linarin showed good linearity in the range of 0.079 5-1.272 0 μg (r=0.999 6) and 0.051 6-0.412 8 μg (r=1.000 0);the average recovery was 100.8%
