Intervention of Combined Different Particle of Fufang Xiyi San on Precancerous Lesions in Gastric Cancer Rats Via the Stat3 Pathway
Objective: To study wether the intervention of the combined different particle of Fufang Xiyi San on precancerous lesions of gastric cancer(PLGC) in rat model is via the signal transducer and activator of transcription(Stat3) pathway. Method: One hundred and sixty SPF SD male rats were randomly divided into blank control group 1.4 g·kg-1
complex lizards powder 80 mesh treatment group 1.4 g·kg-1
100 mesh treatment group(2.8
1.4
0.7 g·kg-1)
and 80 mesh
100 mesh mixed high
medium and low dose treatment group
model control group
Weimeisu treatment group(1 g·kg-1)
in addition to the blank control group
0.017 mol·L-1 N-methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitrosogua nidine(MNNG) solution was given once daily
a combined method was used to establish PLGC model. After the 24 weeks
the corresponding drugs were given for 12 weeks. The antiapoptotic proteins Stat3 and B cell lymphoma/leukemia-2(Bcl-2) were measured. Result: Compared with model group after treatment
in each treatment group
Stat3 and Bcl-2 positive expression had a significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion: The intervention of the combined different particle of fufang Xiyi san may be related to reducing the Stat3 and Bcl-2 positive expression.
