Influence of Sinus Perfusion Fluid (Topical Decoction) on Postoperative Efficacy of Endoscopic Sinus Surgery for Rhinogenic Chronic Pharyngitis
目的: 探究鼻窦灌注液在鼻内镜术后辅助治疗鼻源性慢性咽炎的临床疗效分析。 方法: 74例患者随机分为治疗组(鼻窦灌注液:黄芪、淫羊藿叶、桂枝、当归、红花、辛夷、野菊花、白芷、栀子、薄荷,进行鼻腔冲洗)和对照组(生理盐水进行鼻腔冲洗)各37例,治疗2个月后观察术腔清理、黏膜上皮化天数、临床疗效及安全性评价等。 结果: 治疗组总有效率显著优于对照组(89.2% vs 72.9%,P<0.05)。鼻黏膜归转过程方面,治疗组在术腔清理时间和上皮化时间上均快于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论: 鼻窦灌注液能有效提高鼻内镜手术的临床疗效,不失为一种可广泛使用的鼻源性慢性咽炎鼻内镜术后辅助治疗方案。

and was regarded as a widely used adjuvant therapy proposal for rhinogenic chronic pharyngitis after surgery.
