摘要

目的：观察中药复方白薇煎对糖尿病大鼠脊神经传导速度和脊神经致痛通道蛋白的影响。方法：大鼠随机选取10只为正常组，其余为模型组，采用链尿佐菌素（STZ）造模，按45 mg·kg-1的剂量一次性给大鼠左下腹腔内注射。72 h后测尾尖血血糖，血糖水平≥16.7 mmol·L-1以上且稳定3 d者为造模成功，造模成功后随机分为模型组、甲钴胺组（1.97 mg·kg-1·d-1）、白薇煎低、高剂量组（5.3，21.2 g·kg-1·d-1）ig给药，共给药4周，给药结束后，观察白薇煎对糖尿病大鼠脊神经传导速度和脊神经致痛通道蛋白的影响。结果：治疗4周后，糖尿病大鼠体质量、尾尖热敏感度和神经传导速度明显改善，脊神经致痛通道蛋白表达亦明显改变；与正常组（21.12±1.07）m·s-1比较，模型组在4周时的神经传导速度（14.23±1.13）m·s-1均有明显减慢（P<0.05），致痛通道蛋白表达高于正常组；与模型组比较，甲钴胺组在4周可明显改善神经传导速度（17.55±1.43）m·s-1（P<0.05），致痛通道蛋白表达弱于模型组，白薇煎低、高剂量组均能明显改善神经传导速度（15.49±1.36），（18.9±1.25） m·s-1（P<0.05），低剂量组的致痛通道蛋白表达略低于模型组，高剂量组的致痛通道蛋白表达弱于模型组。结论：白薇煎能改善糖尿病大鼠脊神经传导速度，降低脊神经致痛通道蛋白的表达，对糖尿病周围神经病变具有较好的防治作用。这可能是其对糖尿病周围神经病变防治作用的机制之一。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the effect of Baiweijian(BWJ) on the blood rheology and spinal nerve conduction velocity(SNCV) in streptozotocin (STZ) induced diabetic rats. Method: STZ induce diabetic rats were randomly divided into diabetic model group(1.97 mg·kg-1·d-1)

SNCV and increase the expression levels of pain-related proteins of spinal nerve in STZ induced diabetic rats. And BWJ has good cure functionon diabetic peripheral neuropathy. It may be one of the mechanisms on control of peripheral neuropathy.
