Simultaneous Determination of Six Compounds in Extract by HPLC
Objective: A high-performance liquid chromatographic method was established to evaluate the quality of Sorbus tianschanica with a simultaneous determination of six compounds[rutin
hyperoside
isoquercitrin
quercetin-3-O-(6"-O-malonyl)-β-D-glucoside
kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside and kaempferol-3-O-(6"-O-malonyl)-β-D-glucpyranoside]. Method: The Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm ×250 mm
5 μm) column was adopted and diluted with acetonitrile-0.4%potassium dihydrogen phosphate gradiently at the wavelength of 360 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the column temperature was 25℃. Result: The method had good linearity over the range of 3.3-39.5
