摘要

目的：建立保健食品中菜油甾醇、豆甾醇和β-谷甾醇的含量测定方法。方法：采用气相色谱程序升温测定，以安捷伦DB-1701毛细管色谱柱（0.25 μm× 0.32 mm×30 m），汽化室温度280℃，检测器温度300℃，程序升温（起始温度100℃，保持2 min，以20℃·min-1升至270℃，保持15 min）。结果：菜油甾醇、豆甾醇和β-谷甾醇在该色谱条件下分离良好，其线性范围分别为51.08～255.4，20.86～104.3，16.13～80.64 mg·L-1，相关系数均>0.999 4，检出限分别为0.09%，0.08%，0.11%；样品加样回收率为88.5%～98.4%，RSD在0.23%～3.27%。结论：该方法灵敏、准确、可靠，能较好地分离上述3种植物甾醇，具有分析时间短、抗干扰性好、定量准确等优点，可为保健食品的质量标准提高提供科学数据。

Abstract

Objective: To establish a capillary GC method for the determination of campesterol

stigmasterol and β-sitosterol in feedstuff. Method: Agilent DB-1701 column (0.25 μm× 0.32 mm×30 m) was adopted. The inlet temperature was controlled at 280℃ and the FID detector temperature was 300℃. The oven temperature was initially held at 100℃ for 2 min and was then programmed to 270℃ at 20℃·min-1 and held for another 15 min. Result: A good resolution was obtained between the peaks of campesterol

stigmasterol and β-sitosterol. The linearity range was 51.08-255.4
