Rapid Determination of Moisture in Aucklandiae Radix by Near-infrared Spectroscopy with PLS
Objective: This paper mainly studies the application of near infrared spectroscopy with PLS for rapid determination of moisture in Aucklandiae Radix. Method: Through collecting near-infrared spectra of Aucklandiae Radix by near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy technique with Toluene method measurements as a reference value
the quantitative model of moisture was built by partial least squares (PLS)
and it was verified by the unknown samples. Result: The correlation coefficients (R2) the root-mean-square error of calibration (RMSEC) and the root-mean-square error of cross-validation (RMSEP) of the quantitative calibration model of moisture was 0.982 9
