摘要

目的：探讨调冲消癥方联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效及对患者激素水平和血液流变学的影响。方法：100患者随机按数字法分为观察组和西药组各50例。西药组服用米非司酮，12.5 mg/次，1次/d；观察组在西药组治疗的基础上加服调冲消癥方，1剂/d。两组疗程均为3个月。采用B超检测治疗前后肌瘤体积，检测治疗前后血清促卵泡素（FSH）、黄体生成素（LH）、雌二醇（E2）、孕激素（P）水平，每月进行主要症状、体征评分，进行治疗前后血液流变学检测，并对显效患者进行6个随访。结果：观察组临床疗效总有效率为92%，优于西药组的78%（P<0.05）；治疗后两组子宫肌瘤平均体积均比治疗前缩小（P<0.01）；治疗后观察组子宫肌瘤平均体积小于西药组（P<0.01）；观察组平均缩小率为49.1%，优于西药组的32.2%（P<0.05）；治疗后两组血清FSH，LH，E2及P水平均较治疗前下降（P<0.01），观察组E2水平低于西药组（P<0.05）；治疗后1，2，3个月观察组主要症状、体征评分均低于西药组（P<0.01）；观察组全血黏度、血浆黏度的改善优于西药组（P<0.01）；随访6个月，西药组反弹性率为33.3%，观察组反弹性率为11.1%，观察组反弹性率低于西药组（P<0.05）。结论：调冲消癥方联合米非司酮能缩小肌瘤体积，改善临床症状，能调节激素水平，改善血液微循环，提高临床疗效，降低肌瘤反弹率，近期和远期疗效均显著。

Abstract

Objective: To discuss clinical effects of Tiaochong Xiaozheng decoctions combined with mifepristone on uterine fibroids and its impact on patients' hormone levels and blood rheology. Method: One hundred patients were randomly divided into control group(50 cases) and observation group(50 cases) by digital method.Patients in the control group took mifepristone with 12.5 mg/time and 1 does/day. Patients in the observation group added Tiaochong Xiaozheng decoctions based on treatment of the control group

rebound rate in the observation group was 11.1% lower than 33.3% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Tiaochong Xiaozheng decoctions combined with mifepristone could reduce volume of patients' hysteromyoma and ameliorate clinical symptoms

improve clinical efficacy and reduce rebound rate of hysteromyoma

there was a significant curative efficacy in recent and forward.
