摘要

目的：优选黄芪中免疫活性成分的提取工艺。方法：以黄芪甲苷和黄芪总多糖提取量、干浸膏得率为综合评价指标，通过单因素试验考察水提法、1% NaOH温浸法、1% CaO煎煮法对黄芪中免疫活性成分提取效率的影响。采用HPLC测定黄芪甲苷含量，流动相乙腈-水（30：70），空气泵压力0.4 MPa，ELSD漂移管温度105℃，载气流速2.7 L·min-1；利用UV测定黄芪总多糖含量，检测波长489 nm。结果： 3种提取方式的黄芪甲苷提取量分别为0.826，1.016，0.842 mg·g-1，黄芪总多糖提取量分别为14.49，5.82，17.04 mg·g-1，干浸膏得率无显著性差异。结论：采用水提法能达到较好的提取效果，同时生产成本较低，适用于黄芪中免疫活性成分的工业大生产。

Objective: To optimize extraction process of immunologically active componentsinAstragali Radix. Method: Taking extracting amounts of astragaloside and total polysaccharides from Astragali Radix
