摘要

目的：探讨丹红注射液中中药单体丹酚酸B（Sal B）及羟基红花黄色素A（HSYA）小复方对神经元糖氧剥夺（OGD）损伤的保护作用，及其抗自由基损伤的交互作用，优化配比组合。方法：体外培养SD大鼠海马神经元，考虑A（是否OGD造模）、B（Sal B，25，50，75 μmol·L-1）及C（HSYA，20，40，60 μmol·L-1）3个因素，采用完全随机分组的 2×3×3析因设计，倒置相差显微镜观察细胞形态，采用黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定细胞内超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）活性。结果：A，B，C三因素均对SOD活性具有极显著影响（P<0.01）且B，C及A，B间存在交互作用（P<0.01）。以Sal B 75 μmol·L-1，HSYA 60 μmol·L-1时，SOD活力最高。结论：Sal B 与HSYA合用在抗自由基损伤方面对缺血缺氧再灌注损伤的海马神经元具有协同保护作用。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the protective effects of monomer salvianolic acid B(Sal B) and hydroxysafflor yellow A(HSYA) in Danhong injection on neuronal with oxygen-glucose deprivation (OGD) injury

and the interaction of anti-freedom injury to optimize the combination ratio. Method: A (whether OGD)

B (Sal B different doses) and C (HSYA different doses) were considered three factors

using completely randomized 2×3×3 factorial design

cell morphology was observed under inverted phase contrast microscope

and xanthine oxidase method was used to detect intracellular superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity. Result: Factor A

B and C had a significant effect on SOD activity (P<0.01)
