摘要

目的：探讨复心汤治疗心衰的临床疗效，为进一步的临床治疗提供参考依据。方法：2012年12月至2013年12月期间，本院诊治的120例心衰患者，随机将其分为对照组（强心、利尿等常规抗心衰治疗）和观察组（在对照组治疗基础上，加用复心汤），每组各60例，观察和比较两组心功能疗效、中医证候评分疗效、不良反应、治疗前后左室舒张末期内径（LVEDD）、左室射血分数（LVEF）、血流舒张早期与心房收缩期峰值速率比（E/A值）。结果：与对照组相比，观察组心功能总有效率（96.7% vs 86.7%）、中医证候评分总有效率（91.7% vs 73.3%）均明显升高，不良反应发生率显著降低（1.7% vs 13.3%），P<0.05；与对照组相比，治疗后观察组LVEF（47.0±1.0 vs 44.4±1.2），E/A值（1.3±0.4 vs 1.0±0.3）均明显提高（P<0.05）。结论：复心汤治疗心衰的疗效显著，明显改善患者的心功能和预后质量，并且不良反应少，具有较高治疗安全性，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective: The purpose of this research was to study the clinical efficacy of Fuxin decoction in the treatment of heart failure

and provide the reference basis for the future clinical treatment. Method: One hundred and twenty patients with heart failure cured in our hospital from Feb 2012 to Dec 2013 were randomized into the control group (treated with the routine anti-heart failure therapy such as strong heart and dieresis) and the observation group (Fuxin decoction added based on the control group)

with 60 patients per group. The efficacy of heart function

it can improve the patient's heart function and prognosis quality with less adverse reactions and higher treatment safety

which is worthy of clinical promotion.
