摘要

目的：分析茯苓皮的挥发性成分，为茯苓皮的开发利用提供实验依据。方法：利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取茯苓皮挥发性成分，采用气相色谱-质谱联用（GC-MS）技术对挥发性成分进行分析。结果：共分离出104个化学成分，鉴别出67个化学成分，占挥发油总量的79.69%，其主要成分为d-杜松烯（9.360%），α-衣兰油烯（6.780%），α-紫穗槐烯（4.898%），1-b-红没药烯（4.756%），橙花叔醇（3.479%），长叶烯（3.243%），α-二去氢菖蒲烯（3.041%）。结论：本文首次采用气相色谱-质谱联用法对茯苓皮的挥发性成分进行研究，为茯苓皮的综合利用提供科学依据。

Abstract

Objective: This study was to provide the experimental foundation for reasonable utilization of Poriae Cutis by analyzing the volatile constituents from it. Method: The volatile oil was extracted from the rind of Poriae Cutis by steam distillation. The chemical constituents were analyzed by GC-MS. Result: A total of 104 compounds were separated and 67 of them were identified

which accounted for 79.69% of all the volatile oil. The major components were d-cadinene(9.360%)

α-muurolene(6.780%)

α-amorphene(4.898%)

1-b-bisabolene(4.756%)

nerolidol(3.479%)

d-longifolene(3.243%) and α-calacorene(3.041%). Conclusion: This paper reported

for the first time

the composition of volatile oils of Poriae Cutis by GC-MS.
