摘要

目的：评价喜炎平联合阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎的疗效。方法：电子检索万方，CNKI，VIP，CBM，CENTRAL，Pubmed和Embase等中英文数据库，根据纳入与排除标准纳入筛选文献；由两名评价员按照Jadad评分量表评价试验质量后，提取数据进行Meta分析。结果：共纳入11个RCT，病例共942例。Meta分析结果显示：与单用阿奇霉素相比，喜炎平联合阿奇霉素在总有效率[OR=4.08，95%CI（2.14，7.78）]、退热时间[MD=-1.17，95%CI（-1.49，-0.85）]、咳嗽消失时间[MD=-2.04，95%CI（-2.63，-1.44）]、治愈时间[MD=-2.60，95%CI（-3.02，-2.16）]、肺部啰音消失时间[MD=-1.52，95%CI（-2.81，-0.22）]、降低不良反应发生率[OR=0.48，95%CI（0.30，0.77）]等更具有优势，两组临床疗效的差异有统计学意义，但两组在X射线消失时间方面[MD=-7.55，95%CI（-17.80，2.70）]的差异并无统计学意义。结论：喜炎平联合阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎的疗效优于单用阿奇霉素。

Abstract

Objective: This study was to assess the efficacy and safety of Xiyanping plus azithromycin in curing the mycoplasma pneumonia. Method: Some Chinese-english databases including Pubmed

VIP and wanfang were searched to collect the Randomized controlled trials (RCTs). After two reviewers have selected trials independently and assessed methodologically quality by Jadad scale

valid data would be extracted to make a Meta-analysis. Result: A total of 11 RCTs were brought in
