Processing Technology of Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum Cum Alumine by Orthogonal Test
Objective: To optimize processing technology of Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum Cum Alumine. Method: Taking mass fractions of extract
total acids and Alumen as indexes
orthogonal test was adopted to optimize processing technology with mass ratio of herbs to Alumen
soaking time and decocting time as factors. Result: Optimum processing technology was that soaked 2 hours
boiled 6 hours

respectively. Conclusion: Contents of extract
total acids and Alumen are in line with requirements of Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum Cum Alumine in the 2010 edition of‘Chinese Pharmacopoeia’

this study show that water decoction process can reduce toxicity and irritation of Pinelliae Rhizoma with a relatively short time by comparing with conventional processing technology.
