and can obviously reduce the content of the serum 5-HTP and 5-HIAA compared with the model group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Duhuo Jisheng decoction has a good anti-inflammatory and analgesic function

and the mechanism of Duhuo Jisheng decoction curing the adjuvant arthritis may relate with its reducing the content of the serum 5-HTP and 5-HIAA.
