Objective: To optimize extraction technology of Wenyang Huoxue granules. Method: HPLC was adopted to determine the content of paeoniflorin with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (14:86) and detection wavelength at 230 nm;HPLC-ELSD was employed to determine the content of ginsenoside Rg1
