摘要

目的：测定金花茶不同部位的多糖含量并探讨其体外抗氧化活性的差异。方法：运用超声提取方法提取金花茶叶子、芽尖、果壳、花的多糖，采用苯酚-硫酸比色法测定多糖的含量，通过2，2'-联氮-（3-乙基苯并噻唑-6-磺酸）二铵盐（ABTS+）法、1，1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼（DPPH）检测法、邻苯三酚法和邻二氮菲法检测金花茶叶子、芽尖、果壳和花水提物的抗氧化能力，应用综合评分法，对各水提物的体外抗氧化活性进行综合评价。结果：金花茶花、叶、芽尖、果壳中多糖含量分别为32.88，29.48，35.89，30.02 g ·kg-1；清除ABTS+自由基能力抗坏血酸（0.100 g ·L-1） > 花（0.135 g ·L-1） > 果壳（0.165 g ·L-1） >芽尖（0.243 g ·L-1） > 叶（0.330 g ·L-1）；清除DPPH自由基能力顺序为抗坏血酸（0.200 g ·L-1） > 花（0.344 g ·L-1） > 果壳（0.435 g ·L-1） > 芽尖（0.881 g ·L-1） > 叶（1.011 g ·L-1）；超氧阴离子自由基抑制率抗坏血酸（0.2 g ·L-1）≥芽尖（25.0 g ·L-1） > 果壳（25.0 g ·L-1） > 花（25.0 g ·L-1） > 叶（25.0 g ·L-1）；当生药浓度达到25.0 g ·L-1时，花、芽尖、果壳对羟基自由基消除率均大于50%，但均小于抗坏血酸（2 g ·L-1）；综合评分为芽尖（55.05） > 花（52.79） > 果壳（51.97） > 叶（23.73）。结论：苯酚-硫酸比色法测定金花茶不同部位的多糖含量稳定可行，金花茶水提物具有一定抗氧化能力且不同部位抗氧化能力存在明显的差异。
