Simultaneous Determination of Plantamajoside,Polydatin,Specnuezhenide and Resveratrol in Huzhentongfeng Capsule with HPLC
Objective:The aim of this study was to establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of the contents of plantamajoside
polydatin
specnuezhenide and resveratrol in Huzhentongfeng capsules. Method: HPLC was used to determine the contents. The analytical column was Agilent SB-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm). The liquid phase was composed of acetonitrile and 0.1% formic acid with gradient elution. The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm
the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1 and the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. Result: The mass of plantamajoside
polydatin
specnuezhenide and resveratrol with peak areas were within the concentration ranges of 0.099 6-1.992 μg(r=0.999 9)
0.123-2.46 μg(r=0.999 9)
0.145-2.90 μg(r=0.999 9)
0.025-0.50 μg(r=0.999 8)
and the average recoveries were 99.27%
99.43%
98.83%
98.07%
respectively. Conclusion: The method is rapid and simple
highly reproducible and specific so that it could be used as one of the quality control methods of Huzhentongfeng capsules.
