Objective: To observe effects of Jiawei Duhuo Jisheng Tang on mRNA transcription expression levels of interleukin-17(IL-17)
tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)
interleukin-6(IL-6) in knee joint synovial and protein expression in serum of type Ⅱ collagen-induced arthritis in rats. Method: A rat model of collagen induced arthritis(CIA) was developed with male SPF sprague-dawley rats
thirty CIA rats were divided randomly into 5 groups
the model group were given distilled water(ig

all rats received oral administration of corresponding medicines once daily for 12 weeks.Levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)
