it had the determination of requirements on the ferulic acid and cinnamic acid content
but for two sets of different methods.The method established a HPLC method for the determination of ferulic acid
cinnamic acid in Xintongning spray. Method: The method used high performance liquid chromatography separation and the effective components of the calculation of its content.The analysis was performed on a Phenomenex Luna C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm
5 μm)
mobile phase was acetonitrile -0.05% phosphoric acid for gradient elution
the detection wavelength was 290 mm
the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1 and column temperature at 30 ℃. Selected the 1 batch of Xintongning spray samples for method validation test
and the 4 batch of Xintongning spray samples according to the method of content determination. Result: Blank interference test

recovery test method validation tests were in line with the relevant requirements
RSD was less than 3%.The linearities were in the ranges of 0.025 16-0.276 76 mg · L-1 for fetulic acid(r =1)
respectively. The two components were able to achieve baseline separation

101.93% for ferulic acid
cinnamic acid. Conclusion: The method is simple
accurate
reproducible
can be used for quality control of this preparation
and can be saved testing time and the testing cost objective. The method for the quality standard of Chinese traditional patent medicine multi group method for the determination of content of the establishment has reference significance.
