Fingerprints of Raw and Processed Atractylodis Rhizoma by HPLC
Objective: To study the differences of chemical components in raw and processed Atractylodis Rhizoma and to provide a scientific basis and evidence for clarifying the mechanism of processing. Method: Agilent C18column(4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm)was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile and water
the flow rate was 1 mL · min-1
the detection wavelength was set at 270 nm. Result: The HPLC fingerprints of raw and processed Atractylodis Rhizoma were established and 18 common peaks were detected
the similarity of 10 batches raw and processed Atractylodis Rhizoma were over 0.9
the peak areas of multi-components including atractylodin
atractylodes lancea and (4E
6E
12E)-tetradecatriene-8
10-diyne-1
3-diyl diacetate were decreased after processing. Conclusion: HPLC fingerprint has been established to analyze the chemical components in raw and processed Atractylodis Rhizoma
