摘要

目的: 建立HPLC同时测定芪白颗粒中5种成分(黄芩苷、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1、三七皂苷R1和特女贞苷)含量的方法。方法: Prevail C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm

流动相甲醇(A)-0.2%磷酸水溶液(B)梯度洗脱(0~5 min

45%A;5~15 min

45%~50% A;15~60min

50% A)

柱温室温

流速1.0 mL ·min-1

检测波长203 nm。结果: 黄芩苷、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1、三七皂苷R1和特女贞苷分别在2.16～21.6

2.64～26.4

3.51～35.1和1.01～10.1 mg ·L-1线性关系良好(r>0.999)

精密度、重复性、稳定性的RSD均<2%

平均加样回收率95.92%～101.90%。结论: 该方法简便、合理、可靠

可作为芪白颗粒质量控制的方法。

Abstract

Objective: To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of baicalin

ginsenosides Rg1

ginsenoside Rb1

notoginsenoside R1 and special privet glycosides five in Qibai granules. Method: HPLC analysis was performed on a Prevail C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm) with methanol(A) -0.2% phosphoric acid (B) as mobile phase by gradient elution [0-5min

50% A]. The flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1

and the detection wavelength was set at 203 nm. Result: The linear ranges of baicalin

reproducibility and stability tests were less than 2%

the average recoveries were ranging from 95.92% to 101.90%. Conclusion: This method is simple

reliable and could be used for quality control of Qibai granules.
