Simultaneous Determination of Eight Components in Compound Huangkui Granules by HPLC
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for simultaneously determining the contents of calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucoside
hypericin
rutin
isoquercetin
myricetin
quercetin
loganin
morroniide in compound Huangkui granules. Method: The determination was performed on an Aglient C18(4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm) chromatographic column
the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05% formic acid aqueous solution with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1;the detection wavelength was 240
