摘要

目的: 优选烫伤膏中乳香、没药挥发油的萃取工艺条件并对其挥发性成分进行分析鉴定。方法: 选择1

2-四氟乙烷(R134a)为萃取溶剂

以挥发油提取率为指标

在单因素试验基础上

通过正交试验考察原料粒度、萃取温度及时间对烫伤膏中乳香、没药挥发油亚临界萃取工艺的影响。采用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)对挥发油进行成分分析。结果: 最佳萃取工艺为原料粒度80目

萃取温度50 ℃

萃取时间30 min

萃取数1次;挥发油提取率5.19%。GC-MS分析共鉴定出39种化合物

以萜类、链状芳香族化合物(烷烃、醇、酯)为主

其中以苯氧乙酮和[1R-(1α

7β

8a.α)]-1

8a-八氢-1

8a-二甲基-7-(1-甲基乙烯基)-萘的含量最高

分别为37.04%

8.16%。结论: 优选的亚临界萃取工艺稳定可靠、合理可行

为烫伤膏的质量控制及二次开发提供实验依据。

Abstract

Objective: To optimize extraction conditions of volatile oil from Olibanum and Myrrha in Tangshang ointments and analyze its compositions. Method: Taking 1

with yield of volatile oil as index

based on single factor tests

effects of materials granularity

extration temperature and time on extraction process were investigated by orthogonal test.Composition of volatile oil was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). Result: Optimum conditions was as following:materials granularity of 80 mash

subcirtical extraction temperature of 50 ℃

extraction once for 30 min.Under these conditions

yield of volatile oil from Olibanum and Myrrha was 5.19%.Thirty-nine components were identified by GC-MS

respectively. Conclusion: This extracting techniques is feasible and stable

this study can provide a scientific basis for quality control and further research of Tangshang ointments.
