Correlation Analysis of Inorganic Elements Between Planting Soil and Different Organs of
Objective: To study the contents and distribution of inorganic elements in Lonicera japonica from different habitats
and analyze the correlations between planting soil. Method: The content of inorganic elements in different parts of L. japonica was determined by atomic absorption spectroscopy and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. The principal component analysis and cluster analysis were conducted by SPSS 19.0. Result: Zn
Fe
K
Cu
Cr and Cd were the characteristic elements of L. japonica. Conclusion: This paper is providing useful information for the quality control of L. japonica.
