Simultaneous Determination of Three Components in Qingre Dingxuan Mixture by HPLC
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of baicalin; neohesperidin; salvianolic acid B in Qingre Dingxuan Mixture. Method: The chromatographic method was carried out on an Waters SunfireTM C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoricacid solution as the mobile phase by gradient elution.The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1.The detection was set at the wavelength of 280 nm.The column temperature was at 30 ℃. Result: The linear ranges of baicalin; neohesperidin; salvianolic acid B were 0.08-0.79 μg ( r=0.999 9)
0.07-0.75 μg (r=0.999 9)
0.04-0.19 μg (r=0.999 8) respectively.The average recoeries were 96.5%
